By virtue of their play last week on the field and on the court, the Wolfpack’s Dylan Behnk and Paige Meis have been named Athletes of the Week.
On Thursday night, the Wolfpack volleyball team opened their season when they hosted a double-triangular. The team won both of their matches (defeating Chambers-Wheeler Central in 3 sets and Clearwater-Orchard in 2). Paige was selected because she showed that she has adjusted well to a new role this year on the team.
On Friday night, the Wolfpack hosted Creighton for their second game of the season. While the Wolfpack lost Friday night’s matchup, the boys showed a lot of grit and did not give up when they were down by double digits. Dylan was selected for his play on both offense and defense.
