Nothing brings out the community like a pancake feed. The Elgin Knights of Columbus served pancakes, French toast, sausage and egg bake Sunday morning at the KC Hall. There was a steady line of hungry people feasting on the food served by Elgin Knights. A great way to start the day! Thanks Knights!!
