Representatives from the City of Elgin and the District #18 Board of Education will participate in a joint public hearing Wednesday night, Sept. 18 (tonight)at the Antelope County Courthouse. They will be present to receive public input regarding property tax increases being proposed for the 2024/25 school year. The meeting, to be held in the commissioner’s meeting room at the courthouse in Neligh, will begin at 6 p.m.
