Elgin residents have through today to drop off “junk” items that the regular garbage collectors will not accept. Two roll-offs are in the north parking lot at Elgin Livestock. Remember – NO hazardous items are allowed INCLUDING tires, construction debris, lumber or shingles. E-R photos
