“In January, we are excited to once again offer the ‘Biggest and Best Loser’ Contest as a motivational way to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle,” said Natalie McKillip, AMH Wellness Coordinator. “We’re also offering a fitness class as part of the contest ? to help contestants reach their goals.”
The contest has three categories for men, women and teams. It runs for 10 weeks from January 13 – March 20. For early registration (by January 6), the cost is $30 for individuals and $100 for teams of four. After January 6, costs are $40 and $120, respectively.
