The District #18 Board of Education will hold a rare morning meeting later this month to act on the proposed 2022-2023 school budget and tax request.
The budget hearing will begin at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 27 at the distance learning room at the high school. It will immediately followed by a tax request hearing. Upon conclusion of the tax request hearing, the board will hold a special meeting to approve the budget and tax resolution.
The figures to be considered at the public hearings can be found on the public notice on Page Eight of this week’s newspaper.
