Chairman opened meeting. Notice of meeting published as required by statute.

Those responding to roll call: Schindler, Koinzan, Henery, Bolling, Kerkman and Schwager. Williby absent.
Correspondence was reviewed.
Payroll claims were reviewed and approved.
Zoning Administrator report was heard.
Road Boss report was heard.
Approved claim to Norfolk Lodge and Suites.
Tabled weed board fees.
Met with Keith Marvin from Marvin Planning Consultants regarding zoning issues.
Mark Hunzeker, an attorney for Protect Antelope County’s Future regarding conditional use permit submitted by Upstream Wind project.
Dean Smith met with the board regarding LB140 and if the Planning and Zoning Board had reviewed this information, after request from supervisors.
Approved Catastrophic Insurance Plan for inmates.
Approved 2 underground road permits.
Discussed releasing Invenergy Road Agreement mile by mile.
High Visibility safety vests were discussed and tabled.
Respirator for Road Patcher was discussed, tabled until more information gathered.
Brian Mc Donald updated the board regarding various issues. No action.
Blue Cross Blue Shield renewal for 2016-2017 was approved.
Approved minutes of 4/5/2016 and 4/12/2016 Board of Supervisor Minutes, and 4/5/2016 Board of Equalization minutes.
Reviewed Bond for Prairie Breeze II & III, LLC.
Sheriff’s April Fee Report was reviewed.
Discussed Comp-Time/Overtime and 4 verses 5 days week for road crew. No action.
