Funeral services for MaryAnn Penne, age 67, of Oakdale, Nebraska, will be 11 a.m. Thursday, January 15, 2015, at Brockhaus-Harlan Funeral Home in Tilden, Nebraska. Reverend Cathy Allen will officiate, with graveside services at 2 p.m. at West Cedar Valley Cemetery in Elgin.
Visitation will be Wednesday, January 14, 2015, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Brockhaus-Harlan Funeral Home in Tilden.
MaryAnn died Sunday, January 11, 2015, at her home in rural Oakdale. Brockhaus-Harlan Funeral Home of Tilden is in charge of arrangements.

MaryAnn Penne, daughter of Dr. Jack and Bonnie (Lewis) Millenbah was born July 7, 1947 at Merrill, Wisconsin. She attended Merrill High School in Merrill, Wisconsin. She was married to Richard Penne on September 18, 1971 at Holy Cross Convent Chapel in Merrill. Two children were born to this union: Robert and Bonnell.
They made their home on a farm southwest of Tilden for 41 years. MaryAnn loved the outdoors, helping her husband on the farm, playing cards, playing the piano, gardening, and running after her two children. During this time she also worked at the Tilden Community Hospital from 1990 until 2011. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by her husband, Richard Penne of rural Oakdale; son, Robert of Fremont, Nebraska; daughter Bonnell and husband Chad Jochum of Norfolk, Nebraska; mother, Bonnie Millenbah of Merrill, Wisconsin; two step grandchildren; and brother, Jay and his wife Mary Jo Millenbah of Merrill, Wisconsin.
She was preceded in death by her father, and two brothers.
