The Elgin City Council will hold their regular monthly meeting on Wednesday, Jan. 4 (tonight).
The meeting, to be held at City Hall, will begin at 7:30 p.m.

• Discussion and action on Plantation Street
• Discussion and action on Legislative Updates
• Discussion and action on building permit requirements for non-attached buildings
• Discussion and action on changing employee manual Policy #234, Section 6 of General Rules
• Discussion and action on purchase of handgun by Sheriff Bob Moore
• Discussion and action on Correction Deed for The Homestead
• Discussion and action on building permits.
The meeting is open to the public.
