Following little over one-half hour of continued questions and comments from the audience, Antelope County Supervisors voted to send the issue of funding of the proposed new $6.9 million county jail to the voters this November.
At the general election, voters will be asked to decide whether the county should stay within its current levy OR approve a special levy to cover the costs for the construction of a 30-bed jail facility.
