This week’s Elgin Review Pride of the ‘Pack -Athletes of the Week have been chosen.
In volleyball, junior Jordan Mescher had a great week on the court. In her position as libero, Jordan was strong in serve receive with a total of 42. She recorded 20 digs and 6 ace serves, her total from all three matches (and wins!) last week.
In football, it has to go to Andrew Fangman again. In Friday night’s match against Neligh-Oakdale, the Wolfpack came up on the wrong end of the scoreboard yet they dominated in stats. As a team, the Wolfpack had a total of 493 yards while Neligh-Oakdale had 276. Andrew alone had 45 carries for a total of 256 yards. On the defensive end of the game, he had 4 solo tackles and 3 assist tackles.
