Adhering to state statutes, the Antelope County Board of Supervisors last week locked in salaries for county officials for a four-year period.
All seven supervisors voted to increase the salaries paid to county officials, beginning in 2015. At that time, the salaries for county assessor, county clerk, clerk of the district court and the county treasurer will be $47,964.20, up from $46,119 in 2014. As part of the four-year agreement, those county officials will receive a four percent increase, adjusted on the first day of January in the years 2016, 2017 and 2018.
