Red Hatters Met Monday By Lynell Morgan - July 15, 2009 The Elgin Red-E-4-Fun Red Hatters met on Monday and enjoyed a noon meal at the Elgin Community Center. Twelve members attended. Judy Zegers and Lee Sullivan will host the July event.
