Reviewed correspondence.
Rejected all dump truck bids.
Accepted the bid from Jerry Finkral for the 1994 GMC Pickup.
Discussed the Orchard North Culvert Project.
Heard from several individuals regarding the condition of 849 Road east of Neligh.
Authorized the chairman to sign the Notice to Proceed for the Neligh NE Project.
Authorized the chairman to sign the resolution for the Federal Funds Purchase Program Agreement.
Approved the Class C liquor license for Gallery Grill % Allan Bentley.
Approved the July 5, 2011 and July 12, 2011 regular board minutes and the July 13, 2011 Board of Equalization minutes.
Authorized the chairman to sign the Subgrant Agreement between the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services Division of Children and Family Services and Antelope County.
Appointed Regina Krebs as the non-elected member to the NE Nebraska Economic Development Council.
Heard from the County Attorney regarding the villages responsibilities for law enforcement.
Heard from Jail Standards regarding the condition of the county jail.
Approved letting bids for a Jail Needs Study.
Denied all preliminary levies.
No action taken on overlaying and armor coating roads.
Accepted the County Officials 2010/2011 inventories.
No action taken on the deterioration of the wall in the law library.
Accepted the Antelope County Veteran Aid Fund Annual Report for 2010/2011.
Approved a 25 cent per hour wage increase for all part-time and full-time county employees.
