The annual Pope John Alumni Basketball Tournament will be played this weekend at St. Boniface gymnasium.
Basketball action begins Friday night at 7:30 p.m. and will continue all day Saturday. There will be eight teams consisting of classes from 1970 to 2011.
Also part of the tournament will be a three-point challenge at approximately 8 p.m. Saturday night. The challenge is open to anyone at a cost of $5 per person. Admission to the tournament will be a free will offering taken at the door. A tourney bracket can be found on page nine of this issue.
