Photographs of Elgin’s early days are needed for a Pictorial History of Antelope County.
Arcadia Publications, a leading publisher of local and county histories, has contracted to publish the Antelope County History in 2012. The book will tell the story of the county’s settlement and growth from 1873 to the present.
Those who loan pictures that are used in the history will receive credit and acknowledgment, and the photos will be returned to them.
