NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING AND HEARING
ANTELOPE COUNTY
PLANNING COMMISSION
The Antelope County Planning Commission will hold a meeting on Monday, July 18, 2011 at the Antelope County Courthouse beginning at 8:00 p.m. Two public hearings will also be held.
The first hearing will be to review a conditional use permit submitted by Calvin Heithoff for the purpose of constructing a machine shed located on the SE ? 33-24-7, Antelope County Nebraska.
The second hearing will be to review a conditional use permit submitted by Ag Agronomy Center for the proposed construction of a 750,000 gallon fertilizer tank located on the SE ? SE ? 2-24-6, or 90 Mill Street, Oakdale, Antelope County Nebraska.
The conditional use permits may be examined in the office of the Antelope County Clerk or the Zoning Office during normal business hours at any time prior to the public hearing. All interested parties may offer oral comments at the public hearing and/or may file written comments with the Antelope County Planning Commission provided such written comments are received by the Commission prior to close of business Thursday, July 14, 2011. Written comments may be mailed to Antelope County Planning Commission, 501 M Street, Rm. 8, Neligh NE 68756.
An agenda, which is kept continually current, is available at the Zoning Office for public inspection.
