Pope John, Elgin High Athletes Compete Against the Best in Class D
OMAHA — Elgin and Pope John track athletes competing at the State Track & Field Championships brought home two medals and memories which are sure to last a lifetime.
Competing Friday and Saturday at Burke Stadium, orange-clad senior Clint Meis won two medals at the state meet.
