The Golden Tones Community Chorus has announced plans to perform a Christmas cantata in December. The first practice will be held on Monday, Sept. 26, at 8 p.m. at the Clearwater school music room. The group plans to practice weekly on Monday nights up until the performance dates.
The Golden Tones Community Chorus is a non-profit organization started by the late Mary Lou Haggart. Anyone from surrounding communities who enjoys music is encouraged to participate. Emily Heithoff will direct the group this year, with Carol Thiele as accompanist.
