Could there be a second cleanup day for the community of Elgin this year?
If the members of the Elgin Chamber/Community Club have their way, the answer would be ‘yes’.
At the August meeting of the Chamber held Monday night at the Steel Steed Steakhouse & Saloon, members discussed the idea.
President Greg Tharnish said some interest has been shown in having a ‘fall’ cleanup day similar to the one held during the spring.
