Brian and Meghan Beckman are the proud parents of a baby girl, Cecilia Judith Beckman.
She was born on April 16, 2018, at 5:01 p.m. She weighed eight pounds, 10 ounces and was 21.75 inches long.
Grandparents are Ron and JoAnn Beckman and Leonard and Judith Orlowski, all of Elgin.
