Those responding to roll call: Bolling, Brandt, Kerkman, Baker, Williby, Henery and Schwager.
Approved doing an alternate project regarding the Old Mill Bridge.
Authorized the County Clerk to advertise for bids for asphalt repairs on FEMA site 4-1 Airport Road.
Authorized the Highway Superintendent to conduct a survey on 836 Road between 531 Avenue and State Highway 45.
Approved removing the Old Mill Bridge.
Approved the Class C liquor license for Allan K. Bentley DBA Gallery Grill.
Set a committee of Supervisors Kerkman and Schwager along with the County Clerk to review the auditor bids.
Approved the permits to place permanent electric lines beneath various county roads.
Approved the township freeholders bonds.
Approved the April 5th, 2011 and April 12th, 2011 board minutes.
Reviewed correspondence.
Approved purchasing a broom attachment from Kayton International.
Approved sponsoring the county fair art work.
Reviewed the sheriff’s March fee report.
Tabled the advertising of county surplus property.
Accepted all gravel bids.
Went into executive session to discuss inmate issues; no action taken.
Met with Benefit Management representatives.
Accepted the Notice of Progress from Invenergy regarding their conditional use permit.
CPA Mike Pommer met with the board to review his audit proposal.
No action taken on the proposal to replace the north windows in the courthouse annex.
No information received regarding repairs to the old courthouse.
Meeting adjourned.
