Childbirthing classes will be offered at Antelope Memorial hospital during the month of July Classes will be held in the O.T. Room on Tuesday, July 7, 14 and 21, at 7 p.m.
Childbirthing classes consist of three weeks of practice with breathing and exercises preparing expectant parents for the delivery of their child.
There is a $15 charge for childbirthing classes. You are encouraged to take Pre-Natal early in your pregnancy and to take childbirthing 4-6 weeks before your due date.
