NOTICE OF AMENDMENT TO THE CERTIFICATE OF ORGANIZATION

CHILDERS CONSTRUCTION, L.L.C.
Notice is hereby given that the Certificate of Organization of Childers Construction, L.L.C. has been amended according to the laws of the State of Nebraska. This amendment changed the name of the Company to Diamond C Transport, LLC. Except as herein provided, the Certificate of Organization of the Company shall be as originally filed with the Nebraska Secretary of State, and is unchanged by this Amendment.
