Estate of Veronica F. Dufphey, Deceased. PR 11-33
Notice is hereby given that on Dec. 28, 2011, in the County Court of Antelope County, Nebraska, the Registrar issued a written statement of Informal Probate of the Will of said Deceased and that Lawrence D. Paul whose address is 7219 York Lane, Lincoln, Nebraska 68505, has been appointed Personal Representative of this estate. Creditors of this estate must file their claims with this Court on or before March 6, 2012, or be forever barred.
Notice is further given that all persons having a financial interest in the estate have a right to demand notice of any order or filing in the estate pursuant to Nebraska Probate Code Section 30-2413.
