The Pope John XXIII Central Catholic National Honor Society recently held a Pink Out and Gift Basket Raffle to help those recovering from cancer.  The Pink Out was held during the last home basketball game at St. Boniface gym.  Each NHS member donated a gift basket to be raffled that night and members sold tickets during the game. They raised $425 for the the Hope Fund at Faith Regional Health Service in Norfolk.  The Hope Fund was established by a local cancer survivor to provide on-going funding for items and services that support cancer recovery and survivorship. 100% of the donations to the Hope Fund directly benefit patients with cancer.  Representatives from Faith Regional Health Services, Jake Claussen, Executive Director of Faith Regional Health Services Foundation and Nita Totten, Hope Fund Administrator were presented the check by Pope John NHS President Scott Moser and NHS Member Terri Seier.  Submitted
