The Elgin Chamber of Commerce/Community Club announced winners in the 2008 Lighting Contest. First Place “Best Overall Lighting” was Lisa & Don Polson, Jr. — Second Place was Gayle and Judy Zegers. First Place in “Most Original” was Ron and Sharon Wilkinson — Second Place was Brent and Susan Kallhoff. First Place in “Religious” was Ed and Eleanor Starman — Second Place was Steve and Rita Heithoff.
