Trick-or-treaters welcome to stop by businesses

Trick-or-Treaters are welcome to stop in at participating Elgin businesses Friday afternoon!
Participating merchants will have a sign on their door encouraging youngsters to stop in for treats.
Coordinating the event is the Elgin Community Club.
