Schrage Earns ISU Academic Honors

Scott Schrage, a graduate student at Iowa State University, recently received the Top Scholar award in the field of journalism/mass communication.

The award is presented by the Iowa State chapter of the Kappa Tau Alpha National Honor Society to the graduate student who has maintained the highest GPA ranking among master’s degree candidates in the School of Journalism.

Scott has maintained a 3.97 GPA during his graduate studies. He is expected to receive his master’s degree from ISU this summer.

Scott is the son of Gary and Janice Schrage of Sloan, Iowa, and is the grandson of Bob and Marie Schrage of Elgin.
