Vice-chairman opened the meeting. Notice of meeting published as required by statute.
Approved agenda. Approved minutes of September 8th and 22nd, 2026 Board of Commissioner Meetings. Public comments. Correspondence was reviewed. Monthly reports from CDC & Treasurer.
Zoning Administrator – approved six (6) lot splits/administrative plats.
Met with Highway Superintendent, held 1- and 6- Year Road Projects Public Hearing, adopted plan. Open and approved bids for Elgin NE Bridge project.
Approved resolution setting tax request.
Met as a Board of Equalization.
Road Superintendent Report: approved four (4) oversized permits; three (3) access permits. three (3) underground permits and two (2) temporary road use agreements. Discussion on wings for graders-no action. Discussed 849th Road.
