Chairman opened meeting. Notice of meeting published as required by statute. Because of COVID-19 Distancing Measures this meeting was held with ZOOM. Three (3) Commissioners attended via ZOOM Meeting.

Approved minutes of 3/3/2020, 3/10/2020 and 3/18/2020 BOC meetings.
Correspondence reviewed. March Reports: Zoning, Sheriff, Clerk of District Court, Treasurer’s Fund Balance and Miscellaneous Fee Report.
Approved three (3) improvement and one (1) promotional grant request. Made an appointment to the Antelope County Visitors Committee.
Heard resignation of Clerk of District Court letter.
Approved NIS/NACO Vision renewal.

Zoning Administration Report. Approved two (2) Administrative Plats.
Public hearing regarding Antelope Country Club Liquor License. Approved same.
Road Superintendent Report: Discussed 862nd Road condition, approved rehire, and possible summer help hire, approved resolution regarding RR Crossing signage removal. Tabled over size load resolution. Authorized Road Superintendent to look into tractor rental.
Approved 3 underground permits and 57 access permits. Held 37 underground permits for more information. Approved Summerland School regrading permits (2).
Approved Chairman to sign acquisition papers for road/bridge project.
Discussed Mays meetings on the 5th and 11th, ZOOM Meetings.
