Board Retreat

January 23, 2013 – 6:00 PM
Board Members present were: Laurie Waterbury, Steve Heithoff, Stan Heithoff, Ryan Reestman, Kim Wells, Bob Hoefer, Principal Adam Patrick, and Superintendent Dan Polk.
Light supper of Pizza was served, then at 6:20pm NASB representative Burma Kroger met with those present per Polycom.
2012 Board goals were reviewed, and established that most all goals had been met or in progress.
Individual priorities and goals were discussed, main topics of: Local School Improvement Plan, Maintain Administration, Policy review and Technology. 2013 Board Goals will be finalized at February Board meeting.
The Retreat ended at 8:25 PM
