Beginning on Saturday, Oct. 31, the Elgin Post Office will be implementing new window hours. Mondays through Fri-days, the window will be open from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. It will re-open in the afternoon from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. On Saturdays, the window will be open from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.
