NECC Students Place at UL Rodeo

Several Northeast Community College utility line students recently brought home awards from a Utility Line Rodeo hosted by Metropolitan Community College in Omaha. Some 128 students from nine different colleges from seven states were represented in the competition. Northeast fielded three teams with a total of 12 students. 

The following students were part of teams that placed at the competition.

Brad Christo of Albion, was a member of a Northeast team that placed third on the written test.

Another team, which Andrew Wallin of Newman Grove and Marc Pelster, Petersburg, placed first in cross arm change out. Wallin placed fourth individually in that competition.
