Kelsey Welding is a 4th grader at Elgin Public. She decided to donate her hair to Locks of Love when her 6-year-old cousin, Keric, lost his hair during chemotherapy. He had to have a bone marrow transplant in December. He is now back home getting stronger everyday. Autumn at Shear Genius Salon cut Kelsey’s hair. Photo submitted
