Brian and Kelsey Selting of Elgin are the parents of a daughter, Hayley Angela, born on Dec. 30, 2016 at 7:24 a.m.
Hayley weighed seven pounds. 10 ounces and was 19.75 inches long. Proud siblings are Carter, 4 years old, and Kinley, 3 years old. Grandparents are Gene and Angela Selting of Elgin, Tony and Angela Muller and the late Lori Muller of Milford.
Great grandparents are Nancy Selting of Elgin and Ardyce Schrader of Alma, Kan.
