Last month, the District #18 Board of Education sat through a power-point presenation led by Steve Heithoff outlining various improvement projects for the board to consider.
Several weeks ago, Superintendent Steve Dennis presented board members with a list of those project. He said he has had discussions with Mike Schmitt of Schmitt Construction about several of the projects, but no bids have been submitted nor have any of the projects been approved.
Under consideration are the following projects, some which may be done this year.
Among the items are:
Gym — Replace west side gutters
Preschool — Repair gutters seams and northwest downspout into underground PVC
