ORDINANCE NO. 683
OF THE
CITY OF ELGIN, NEBRASKA
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, NEBRASKA, ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF THE ELGIN SWIMMING POOL AND THE BATHER PREPARATION FACILITY; REPEALING ALL CONFLICTING ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, NEBRASKA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §81-15,265 the City of Elgin hereby adopts the minimum standards of sanitary and safety for the construction, operation and maintenance of the Elgin City swimming pool as established by the Nebraska department of water, energy and environment.
Section 2. Any other ordinances in conflict with the terms hereof are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect on and after its passage, approval, and publication as provided by State Law.
