A date has been set for the Elgin City Council to hold a public hearing on the proposed 2009-2010 fiscal year budget.
Tuesday, September 8, has been chosen for the budget hearing which will be held at City Hall.
The hearing will begin at 7:30 p.m. and is open to the public.
