The Antelope County Commissioners, on a 4-0-1 (LeRoy Kerkman abstaining) vote, just approved the conditional use permit for Invenergy for their planned Thunderhead Wind Energy farm. Plans are for the wind farm to be built west and north of Elgin. This is a developing story. Updates will be coming!
