Elgin High, St. Boniface Alumni Banquets to be held Saturday Night
The word for this weekend is ‘alumni.’
Elgin High School and St. Boniface School will hold their alumni banquets Saturday at separate locations.
The Elgin High School Alumni Banquet will be held Saturday night, June 27.
The banquet is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. in the newly-refurbished Elgin High School Gymnasium. This year’s classes to be honored are 1929, 1939, 1949, 1959, 1969, 1979, 1984, 1989, 1999 and 2009.
The St. Boniface School will be having open house from 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. Mass will be at 5:30 p.m. at the St. Boniface Church, followed by a social hour at 6:30 p.m. at the KC Hall, followed by supper at 7:15 p.m.
Pope John Alumni Banquet will be held on Saturday, July 25.
The evening will begin with Mass at 5:30 p.m. in the St. Boniface Church, followed by open house at Pope John from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Social hour from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. and dinner at 7:30 p.m. at the Knights of Columbus Hall. Class photos will be taken at 8:30 p.m.
The alumni softball tournament will also be held Saturday, July 25, beginning at 8 a.m. and Sunday, July 26 beginning at 10 a.m. in Petersburg. A Booster Club BBQ is scheduled for Sunday at 11 a.m. also in the park. For more information please contact the high school.
