On November 25, 2016, John and Sam Stoltz of Elgin welcomed their second child, Jack William Stoltz. He was eight pounds, 13 ounces and 20-3/4” long. Big sister Sage is 2 1/2 years old. Grand-parents are Jack and Joanie Stoltz of Elgin, Anne and Jeff Hayes of Albion, and Ladd and Diane Krings of Albion.
